A warm and welcoming classic 2 bedroomed terrace period property renovated to a modern day cosy home away from home feel in the historic market town of Altrincham all to yourself. SPR is ideal for those looking to stay in high end accommodation whilst visiting family & friends, or if business travelling or for a base whilst relocating, or whilst your own home is undergoing building work and you need a temporary home..

The ground floor space offers an open plan layout where the kitchen melts seamlessly into the living area. Unusually for a property of this size SPR boasts a quaint back garden including lawn and patio area.
The kitchen draws in natural light and provides the ground floor space with a fresh spacious feel. The kitchen has been installed to a modern clean design and yields an integrated fridge freezer, fan oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and nespresso coffee machine. There is sufficient cooking utensils and tableware for a gathering of four.
The dining area sits 4 adults and the living room enjoys additional seating as well as a real flame gas fire, Wi-Fi broadband internet BT TV with access to your Netflix account and free Amazon Prime Video.
There are two double sized bedrooms on the first floor, the secondary one set up with bunk beds.
The main bedroom is a comfortable and decadent space with a queen size bed and traditional French chandeliers. Both bedrooms are supplied with hotel grade linen and thick lofty duvets. All sheets and towels are provided freshly laundered.
There is one main bathroom to the property with a full sized bath, shower, twin sinks and WC.

Cleanliness, hygiene and safety are of paramount importance to us and for your stay. Our housekeeping team are following the strictest guidelines in the preparation of SPR for your stay.

On arrival I will be there to meet and greet you, hand over the house keys, answering any questions you may have. I will be available via phone throughout your stay and I only live 5 minutes away.
